Apple Seeds, Inc. is creating a healthier, happier Northwest Arkansas by providing students with fun activities and instruction that encourages healthy eating habits at an early age. Since 2007 we have partnered with schools and organizations on programs both inside and outside the classroom. We believe that all children deserve good nutritional foods, healthy activity, and joy.

Please join us for a Free Healthy Cooking Class Thursday, February 23rd from 5:30-7pm

Please join Apple Seeds Inc. and Fayetteville Public Schools for a Healthy Cooking Class this Thursday, February 23rd. The class will be held in the Owl Creek School Cafeteria from 5:30-7pm and will be led by local chef and Child Nutrition Director Adam Simmons. Each participant will receive a recipe booklet and delicious samples of the prepared meal. All recipes are designed to be budget-friendly and kid approved.

This event is open to the public, so please bring your friends and family for a night of food and fun! We hope to see you there!
